The embedded PDF (22 pages) very nicely summarizes proposed changes.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I am particularly excited because this is a project I was thoroughly invested in prior to my leaving the PC to become an appointed member of the city council.
